Overnight (must be received before 12:00PM EST to receive within 1-2 Business Day): $25

International Clients
International (5-10 Business Days): Calculated at Checkout
International Shipping is calculated exactly at checkout based on country of delivery. Chelsint is not responsible for all customs, taxes, and duties charges issued by your respective country.

All packages are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from chelsint to your shipping address. Once the package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

We are proud to offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses.

Please note, these orders will ship via FedEx SmartPost and may result in slightly longer transit times. Please allow 5-7 business days for shipments to APO/FPO addresses.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We will issue a return for an item within 7 days of receipt if it is in original condition and with tags attached.  Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment. Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more are Final Sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange.

Please note, we only process returns that were purchased via the online store. Due to security constraints, we cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchase amount.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your international online purchase, please contact info@chelsint.com within 7 days of receipt to initiate a return.

Upon receipt of returned goods, chelsint reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

WHERE SHOULD I SHIP MY RETURN TO?

All items that are eligible for return will come with a pre-paid Fedex Ground label. Please fill out the return section of the packing slip and place inside the box with your return. Then just peel off the label, affix it to the outside of your shipping box and drop the package off at a FedEx location. Please make sure to include the packing slip with the return section completed in the box.

At this time, FedEx return labels for Canada and U.S. return addresses. The customer is required to pay shipping on return orders sent from outside Canada and U.S.

HOW SHOULD I SHIP MY RETURN?

In order for us to process your return as quickly as possible, please fill out the return reason section on the original packing slip. Place all items in their original packaging into a secure box or envelope mailer. Then just peel off the pre-paid return label, affix it to the outside of your shipping box and drop the package off at a FedEx location.

Shipping is free on all exchanges within the Canada and United States. We will do our best to fill all exchange requests, but we are unable to hold items for exchange. If a requested style is unavailable, the amount will be refunded or store credit will be issued.

Chelsint is not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment. Refunds or store credit will be issued within 7-10 business days via the original form of payment and payment amount, excluding original shipping and return costs (if applicable).

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?

Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed.

Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).

FAILED DELIVERIES

We ship to the address provided. If packages are undeliverable for any reason, including customer’s refusal to pay duties, chelsint is not responsible for return shipping costs or cost of re-shipping merchandise.

All final sale items are final sale and not accepted for refund or exchange. All sale items are only available for credit or exchange. A printed copy of our policy is available upon request.

DO YOU HAVE A PRICE MATCH POLICY?

If an item changes price within 7 days of purchase we will gladly price match it for you.

HOW CAN I RETURN A GIFT?

If you wish to return or exchange a gift please e-mail info@chelsint.com so that we can assist you.

Canceling Your Pre-Order Purchase

You may only cancel a pre-order within 24 hours of making the purchase. After the 24 hours has ended, the order may not be cancelled unless the shipment has been unavoidably delayed past the stated estimated delivery window. Any other cancellation requests are at the discretion of Chelsint, and may only be refunded as Site Credit.
