What is your return policy?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We will issue a return for an item within 7 days of receipt if it is in original condition and with all tags attached. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment. Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more are Final Sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Do you offer gift certificates?

At this time we do not offer gift certificates. 

 

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that we do not yet have on-hand. These orders will be shipped as soon as the inventory becomes available. Please note, international orders, outside of US and Canada are not eligible for pre-order.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed through our secure checkout system.

 

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, you can shop chelsint as a guest.

 

Is my personal information secure?

Yes, chelsint is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. We have adopted the latest technologies to ensure that your credit card, contact, and shipping/billing information are kept confidential.

 

Why do I have to enter my telephone number at checkout?

We request a phone number at checkout in order to offer the best possible customer service in case any issues regarding your order may arise. We do not share or save your information in any way except for internal use. 

 

Will I be charged tax? 

Prices of items are as quoted on the website.

Canadian orders are subject to applicable provincial taxes.

Shipments outside of Canada are not required to pay Canadian taxes.

International and overseas shipments are subject to local import duties and taxes. These additional charges are the responsibility of the receiver.

 

Do you have gift cards?

No, we do not have gift cards available at this time, but we can create credit in someone’s name and send them a personalized email as a gift from you.


The style or size I want is sold out, what can I do? 

Please enter your information on the product page and if/when the product becomes available, we will email you.


I need to change/cancel my order, what do I do? 

chelsint is able to alter and/or cancel orders if you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. If you wish to cancel after that 1 hour time period, please email us at info@chelsint.com and we will instruct you on how to move forward.

 

I have a promo code, how do I use it?

Occasionally we run offers for our followers and/or mailing lists. When placing an order, simply enter your promo code at time of checkout to redeem the promotion. If you are having trouble redeeming a promo code, email info@chelsint.com.

 

What if the item I ordered becomes unavailable? 

If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you immediately by email or telephone. We will not bill you for items that are not available and your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. Items sold online are subject to availability.

 

How do I donate to my chosen cause?

Once you have received your product(s), take a look inside your garment and find the unique code printed on the care label or on the package. Please visit https://www.chelsint.com/pages/choose to choose your cause by entering the unique number. 

 

Does donating to a cause cost me anything extra?

Donating to a cause will never cost you anything extra. chelsint is the first womenswear fashion brand in the world to donate 50% of our profit to charitable causes of our client's choosing, so all donations come directly from chelsint, and never from you, the smart shopper.

 

How can I be sure the donation to my favorite cause was made?

Chelsint makes the donation to your favorite cause on your behalf every 180 days and also after the return period for your purchase(s) has expired. Chelsint makes donations on May and November per year. 

Once this happens you will receive email confirmation that chelsint has made the donation on your behalf.
